Starfish Services Provides modern, classy, beachy, homes for South Florida tenants.
Goal was to create a luxurious brand for a real estate agency and attract high end customers. We accomplish that kind of look and feel with simplicity, color palette and elegant but modern font style.
Challenge in this project was to include a ‘starfish’ symbol but keeping the level of simplicity and minimalism of the logo. So I decided to create it discretely inside letter A. Starfish fits very nicely inside wordmark, but brand shouldn’t focus on using this symbol A separately ( as standalone symbol), as it wouldn’t be connecting with the company name. To keep the brand consistent and in the right direction set of rules like this one was created in brand guidelines.
